M1-1 Wulfenite - Ahumada Mine, Los Lamentos, Chihuahua, Mexico $170; Extremely fine lustrous brown wulfenite crystals are scattered across the matrix, which is covered in places with micro descloizite crystals. This is the best specimen of brown wulfenite that I've ever had! Size: 7 x 4 x 4 Sold
M1-2 Wulfenite - Ahumada Mine, Los Lamentos, Chihuahua, Mexico $150; Calcite balls contrast extremely well with the classic butterscotch colored wulfenite crystals, which exhibit zoning and stepped growth. Size: 6.5 x 4 x 3 Reserved
M1-3 Aurichalcite & Calcite - Ojuela Mine, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico $20; Calcite has overgrown the aurichalcite crystals over the majority of the specimen. I happen to like the free-standing aurichalcite crystals better, hence the low price. Size: 8 x 4 x 3 Sold
M1-4 Wulfenite - Ahumada Mine, Los Lamentos, Chihuahua, Mexico $40; This is a good miniature sized specimen from Los Lamentos. This one also has micro descloizite crystals on the matrix. Size: 4 x 5 x 2
M1-5 Calcite, Chalcopyrite, Galena & Fluorite - Naica Mine, Naica, Chihuahua, Mexico $70; A rather large rhombohedral calcite crystal has hollowed out forming this great looking cast. Secondary calcite with chalcopyrite has grown on the exterior, while galena and fluorite has grown on the interior. A few smaller calcite rhombs are present on the exterior, and they're also hollow on the interior side of the large cast. Overall a really interesting good looking specimen! Size: 8 x 6 x 3 Sold
M1-6 Adamite - Ojuela Mine, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico $80; This stout adamite fan is so thick that I had a hard time getting decent photos of it. The front of the fan is curved so getting it all in focus wasn't possible. The size of the individual crystals (to 1.8 x .6) is much larger than what you normally see. This is simply a very good adamite specimen. Size: 6 x 3.5 x 3
M1-7 Calcite - Charcas, San Luis Potosi, Mexico $50; There's a contact point at the left side of the specimen, as viewed in the first photo, so this isn't a "floater". This is an older specimen, the likes of which I haven't seen come out of Charcas since the 1970's. There are some interesting inclusions, probably danburite, present. Size: 10 x 4 x 4.5
M1-8 Rosasite, Aurichalcite & Calcite - Ojuela Mine, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico $60; Some very choice rosasite balls are in the main vug, along with aurichalcite (which is present as free-standing sprays and as inclusions in calcite crystals). The back of the specimen features two different crystal varieties of aurichalcite. A Mexican classic! Size: 6.5 x 5.5 x 3 Sold
M1-9 Rosasite & Aurichalcite - Ojuela Mine, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico $50; A rich layer of tightly compact rosasite crystals has formed over a lighter green mineral, which looks like it's slightly altered aurichalcite. For some reason the color is off in the last two photos, but the first two are accurate. Size: 8 x 5.5 x 3
